On Sept. 11th the Grand Lodge of Virginia and the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Virginia will be laying the cornerstone of the new Lancaster County Judicial Center in a joint ceremony. The ceremony is at 3:00 pm, and with an assembly time of 2:30. We would be leaving the lodge at 11:00. Attire will be suit, tie, and aprons.
